SEND US AN EMAIL TO INFORM US IF YOU WOULD LIKE TO MAIL ORDER ONE OR MORE ITEMS. WE WILL SEND YOU A RETURN EMAIL WITH MAILING DETAILS AND THE TOTAL AMOUNT OF YOUR ORDER.
MAIL ORDERS WILL BE SHIPPED AFTER YOUR CHECK OR MONEY ORDER HAS CLEARED AFTER DEPOSIT.

All residents of New York State, New Jersey, and Connecticut will be charged sales tax per State requirements.

If you live in one of these states and are tax exempt or have a resale tax number, please email us to make special arrangements for your order. Do not place your order through PayPal or you will be charged sales tax.

Shipping for Lucets - $2.25
Shipping for Pin Cushions - $3.00

Shipping for Seam Rippers - $2.25

ALL OTHER ITEMS, KITS, AND PATTERNS

 12% shipping and handling charge

All shipping will be done through the US Postal Service. PO BOX Deliveries are possible.

 

We will combine shipping for a reduced shipping rate if possible. We will refund excess shipping in those instances.

ORDERS OUTSIDE THE USA

Please contact us by email for shipping costs.

Your order will be processed by PAYPAL for credit card or checks. You do not have to become a PAYPAL member to use the service. You will be asked if you are a member and if you are not at the end of your transaction you will be asked to join. Simply say "No" if you do not wish to be a member of PAYPAL - your transaction will be processed.

You will be asked a number of questions by PAYPAL so that you and we are protected from fraud. Please answer their questions so that they may process your payment. PAYPAL is a SECURE site and your information will be protected by PAYPAL. They state that they do not share any of your information with anyone - AND we never share your information with anyone.

We accept no returns or issue refunds unless the item has been damaged in shipment.  We must be contacted immediately in such an instance. All returns must receive prior authorization.  All parts included in the package must be enclosed with the return. We will refund the purchase price, and, if paid, sales tax  of the item to you through the same means that the purchase was made or send a replacement at our discretion. We will not refund shipping or handling charges. Returns must be shipped back to us at the buyer's expense.
There are NO refunds for downloaded Patterns.
